ONIS has 3 lockup periods expiring in December with 3.25 million shares unleashed (about 2.6% of shares outstanding) and a whopping 79.27 million shares (60.2% of shares outstanding) on Jan 22, 2001). Is there any doubt that Joe Average shareholder will take it in the shorts as Kleiner Perkins and the ONI officers and directors get out while the getting is good?
