their market cap is actually somewhat bigger than that...in fact about twice as large. the data on Yahoo's profile are incorrect. still, their reserves are valued at only $2/oz. by the market, which makes them the cheapest gold stock in terms of reserves. your question imo needs to be re-formulated: it should be "when will DROOY be taken over, by whom, and at what price?"

my answer is: probably soon (it's THE prime target in South Africa), by either GOLD or HGMCY , and probably at a HUGE premium.

remind me later to look for a link to a recent article that delved into the issue at depth (i.e. the possibility of a take-over of DROOY).
