All,

I am coming to the point that I am very disillusioned with the LParty.

First, Harry "Boring" Browne was on Tampa TV a few weeks back. He was walking into a meeting and a reporter asked him a question-- he kinda blew her off and walked into the meeting. WHAT A IDIOTIC THING TO DO!

Where in the Hell did we get him from? About as exciting as a prostrate exam...

If we are going to GET ANY PERCENTAGE we NEED a GREAT candidate next time. PERIOD.

Also, I think out RIGID platform is a HUGE turn-off to potential voters. Come on! No public schools, no environmental protection, etc. STUPID and UNREALISTIC.

Why not concentrate on bringing the federal government back to being in line with the Constitution? AT LEAST BE REALISTIC with the platform!

That would attract voters. Not some anarchist views.

I am having a hard time with my vote. I think Harry Browne is a real dud. I have a hard time with the TOTALLY UNREALISTIC planks of the Party.

I am leaning towards Bush (NO WAY GORE!).

I am going to write a letter to the Party outlining my concerns.

BASIC POINT: I am all for the Constitution, NOT Ayn Rand. This party should be called the Objectivist Party, NOT the Libertarian Party....

I am open to rational discussion.

I am not interested in diatribes which totally misrepresent what I think based simply on my choice of career.

Let not others on this thread think that my not responding substantively to you is in any way an acceptance of what you claim I think or believe. It is a choice not to waste time.
