This will be easy as he is a very likeable person, people WANT to associate with him, and he has no EGO wherein he feels the need to take credit for all good things and blame all bad things on the other guy or gal. I agree completely and that has been the gut impression that I have had about him. I'm sure he can also be a "major league @s**ole if he needs to be, but I have the sense that, like myself, he much prefers to get along with others rather than manipulate them with a machiavellian personality.
