Actually- if they tithe all their extra cash to the church I'm really not sure I DO know the answer as to who is most productive. That church money is untaxed. And as for best for the nation? Give me dopers any day. They don't want to teach religion in the schools. The guy I was talking about was smoking weed- hardly shoving a needle in his arm. Marijuana should be legal- it's just silly to have alcohol and cigarettes legal and not have marijuana legal. I am shocked by the waste of incarcerating users and sellers of this- especially non- violent users and sellers- are prisons are so FULL of these people they are letting out murderers and rapists. It's insane.

And I believe everyone wants to intensify the "war on drugs". Makes me ill every time I hear about it. I know Mr. Bush has used illegal substances, and Mr. Clinton- AL is so straight I don't know about him. How these "men" can mouth off for stronger penalties for people doing exactly what they did in their youth (but of course they didn't get caught) truly annoys me.

I'd rather live next door to people smoking pot, now that I think about it. I'm don't like my children playing with people in the grip of advanced religion. They tend to try to convert my children- which I really hate, and which bothers my children. I NEVER mention religion to the friends of my children. I think it's a very personal topic best left in the family. Alas, not all see it that way. So you can live next to the religious folk and I'll take the dopers.

Hard drugs, another matter. Also should be decriminalized though. Takes the profit out, gets organized crime out. I don't want to live next door to a coke house or a shooting gallery.
