Nahhhhh, since your kids left, had to employ my two grandkids. The 2 year old is getting pretty good at making change, but the 4 month old puts all the money in her mouth!

No, I used to do the same thing but I do not write calls anymore. The Bull Market over the past few years had a nasty habit of taking me up on my offer, far more often than I cared for.

Please explain. If you wrote calls and the stock goes up, they are soon so far in the money that there is no premium, and you can buy them back and write higher calls for a more interesting premium.

How exactly did you lose on this?
