Eric, I think Jim is missing some of the residual effects of being charitable in your host country. Jim, do you think the locals and some of the Bolivian leaders look at this charity favorably or unfavorably? Would you want this american company to stick around and succeed if they were providing medical services to your loved ones? Just like you build a foundation for your house before you put up the frame, GE has strengthened their position with land and acceptance of the government. I wonder how tolerent the Bolivian people would be if GE just thumbed their noses at the locals?
