Apparently you dont bother to read the thread or else you dont care whether you're posting redundant material.

As I said.. I'll wait to see the trials outcomes before I hand Rambus a victory.

I find it ironic though that RMBS has to depend on litigation and royalties off of DDR and SDRAM to try and maintain its revenue stream, as RDRAM isnt very popular to anyone right now to buy, and wont be for awhile it seems; if hardware reviewers and the general mood of their users and the DRAM makers lack of volume in making it is any indication - and we already know how poorly it does on benchmarks done at multiple independent hardware sites.

You better hope RMBS wins their trial(S) or settles; else your revenue stream will go down the drain.
