Tinker, there seems to me that there is a big hole in the game that RMBS is playing.

If the Microns of the world want to sell INTC-based machines and those machines require RMBS-licensed products, and RMBS refuses to license those products to those vendors, then INTC is faced with a decreasing customer base.

Result is that INTC adopts different alternatives to RMBS so that INTC's biggest customers can buy INTC products.

That looks like checkmate to me. It's value chain homicide, ain't it?
