Now? There has been talk for quite some time of shortages, for a lot longer than there has been talk of slowdowns.

straight-->arrow, Or it could be that the brokerage analysts do not have a clue, made a bad call and temporarily created a buying opportunity...or that they purposely pushed the sector over the edge to get a deal.
