Gregory it is my understanding and from a variety of public speeches that Bush is against the Government action against MSFT, which was heavily lobyed by SUNW AOL and ORCL.

Also the 3 AOL, SUNW and ORCL voiced more support for the Democrats.

Now before having a confrontation would like to point the readers to the related speeches which can be found on hte Internet.

Yes it is a speculation, and MSFT seems to gain ground.
