impristine, Is there a movie deal to go with that? New subject: the market [Keeping on topic]. Kind of interesting seeing the downgrade from Goldman on Alcatel. I imagine he got a call from the Lehman analyst for CSCO. The Lehman analyst told him how great it was to lower the target on CSCO but not change the recommendation; look for CSCO to bottom and then buy it up...You're covered, legally, because you never changed your rec. The Goldman analyst, as any bright MBA, said "cool". Hence the lowering of Alcatel's target. I expect the Lehman analyst will give him a call this evening, that will go something like..."you idiot, you lower the target BEFORE they announce earnings, NOT AFTER they blow away the numbers."
