TMWD alert... just saw a bid on TMWD with a size of 7000 at 17.5 about twenty minutes ago and an offer with a size of 1000 at 18 3/4 at the same time.. both were up for a minute or so and then disappeared.. If bid was legitimate some one wants 700,000 shares of TMWD .. I just hope they are short and need to cover...hehehehe... 100,000 shares should stall upward momentum at 18 3/4 also if its legitimate.. BWDIK

¶ SeaView Breaks One-Day Sales Record Again: $530,000!!!

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) (www.sevu.com) again set a new one-day sales record
yesterday, according to General Sales Manager Christy Mutlu. "We picked up
True Value Hardware stores, plus the response to recent police and school
mailings gave us a big burst in orders this week. Monday hit $230,000 and
Tuesday set a new one-day record at $530,000. If we can keep up this
momentum, our sales goals for this year are looking closer every day. The
Marine Division should have a good fourth-quarter holiday sales period. New
advertising with Mike Ditka is in the works."

The company also has two major national sporting event sponsorships coming
up. November 16-19 is the Team SeaView APBA Offshore World Powerboat
Championships, followed by the Team SeaView Los Cabos Billfish Tournament in
Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, November 29 through December 2. Both events will be
nationally televised. The company also sponsors and competes in a number of
tournaments in Florida. The company's team recently took the second-place
trophy in the Tuna-Dolphin-Wahoo Tournament in Treasure Island, Florida.

Marine Division products made headlines in Nova Scotia recently when
SeaView dealer and professional diver Don Conrod located two submerged
aircraft near Berwick. "The first [was] a light plane that disappeared some
20-plus years ago," said Conrod. "The second was a World War II Hudson
bomber...there's been an extensive search for this bomber over the years.
This involves the Air Force Museum on the base not far from me; they have a
contract agreement with the CTV Television Network for a 30-minute
documentary." Conrod utilized a SeaView BW-150 coupled with a Trak-View GPS
overlay to locate the wrecks in over 50 feet of, in his words, "black
mineralized water." When they become available, images from the recovery will
be posted on the SeaView website.

CEO Rich McBride indicated the Company is awaiting confirmation of a major
contract through teaming partner Logis-Tech Inc. "We'll also begin
installation next week at a local National Guard armory, to test our new 8-
camera SecureView system," he said. "The successful conclusion of this test
will open the door for Logis-Tech to move forward on several hundred similar
installations next year. I think the biggest event of the year may be the
Taiwan contract. After three SecureView presentations to their military
command, we are patiently awaiting a final dollar commitment, any day now."
