Network Corp. Unveils First-Ever, Recently-Announced

The Cyber Group Network Corp (OTCBB:CGPN), Wednesday announced that CyberCrime
Corp. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Cyber Group Network Corp. confirms the
development of the Electronic Snitching Device -- E-Snitch (formerly C-4 Chip), and unveils
the capabilities of the World's first-ever E-Snitch device to investors, reporters, computer
manufacturer companies, and other interested individuals via webcast Presentation and
conference.

According to statistics generated by Safeware's Loss Studies, over $1.9 billion dollars worth
of computer losses in the year 1999, an increase of $1 million dollar loss in 1998. Of the
$1.9 billion dollars of computer losses, 43% (346,000 units) were due to theft alone. Based
on these rising statistics, CyberCrime Corp. confirms the anticipated distribution period of
Version 1 E-Snitch Device to be in 1st quarter, 2001 as stated in the July 10, 2000 press
release, and verifies that the E-Snitch device will be able to locate technology and various
types of equipment as well as protect and retrieve data.

Data Retrieval -- Ability to transfer selected files and data over wireless network

Secure Messaging -- Ability to send and receive encrypted messages

File Destruction -- Ability to destroy single and multiple data files on command

Audible Alarm -- On command will release a high pitch piercing sound alarm, which will bring
attention to the device

Beacon -- Sends out a beacon sound to track E-Snitch
