One thing I know with certitude is that no one will get tossed in the clink over this scam. SEC can't even beat up little teenagers. -g- I find it quite amusing that the kid got to keep most of his money. Which is ok by me as in the grand scheme of things he is as innocent as the pure driven snow. The SEC should be shut down. Total waste of money. The Clowns have no sense of priority and triage a chipped fingernail to the front of the line. I still haven't decided if they are just plain stoopit or on the take. Leaning towards they are probably both.
