Dr. Zax, Thanks for the response. I agree that INSP was over hyped and GNET does seem to focus on steady growth and the bottom line. My real issue is that I don't know much about GNET's business. I have a number of questions, but maybe this board can help me with one of them to start out. What broadband properties or technologies did GNET have that are helpful to INSP. I've heard that INSP wants to leverage GNET's position in broadband, but I haven't heard specifically what it is they are leveraging. Thanks in advance for any help offered. Dave
