Cared enough to go all the way- (interesting choice of words btw)? Like we don't care enough. Why we women didn't care enough to get the vote until 1920, is that it? You're reasoning is quite interesting.

It was quite clearly "UNFAIR" that women didn't get to vote until 1920- wouldn't you say? Or maybe you wouldn't. Tell ME what opportunities were available for women politicians in the 50's. Prove to ME that any women- even if she had had the charisma of Reagan, the honesty on Lincoln and the political knowledge of FDR - could have been elected. Go ahead now- prove it.

When you can prove to me that superior women would have been just as accepted as men then I will give up my idea that the system has been unfair and continues to have vestiges of unfairness. Also- please feel free to prove that women really COULD vote, they just didn't care to. That would be interesting.

BTW- here is a link with all the candidates of all the Pres elections with the people they ran against.
