Carl, it seems that it is irrelevant if RDRAM or DDR is the next standard, so far the bu$$ managed, by hook or by crook, to garner 40% of all DRAM to pay them royalties on the triumverat (RDRAM, DDR DRAM and SDRAM). Actually, since the royalties on DDR are slightly higher (porbably since RMBS does not provide tech support nor certification), it makes the bu$$ bullish case even stronger. If DDR is the winner, I'll have to raise my "fair price" to $150 from $100 (g).
