I know several of the 144 filers.....just investors who bought restricted shares direct from the company way back when at a discount.

They filed "just in case" and well before the shareholders meeting and relistment. These folks were sitting on shares worth .20 or so and decided to file 144 to bail on them to recoup or take their losses.....they have 3 months or they have to refile again.

Its coincidence.....nothing more. Now....the company execs who have filed like Koefed and Wexler....diff. story and I don't know it yet.

fwiw

:^D

How long to $3 and AMEX????? hmmmmmm.....
