I was thinking along the 2800 range where the Oct 1999 breakout happened. We have just started seeing companies acknowledging slowdown in their business for example WCOM . Just today Morgan Stanley downgraded the semi capex sector. At this moment no can predict the extent of the slowdown and if in fact we do get a hard landing I don't think these valuations in tech hold up. At the bottom I don't think we we will have market pundits in CNBC declaring that the bottom is in. Anindo
