Refiners? Good luck they will likely stay undervalued for a long time. Look at TOS VLO SUN they are holding very precious assets to the US economy and have great earnings. But where is the growth from here? Only more capex for compliance with EPA requirements. SEOD any thoughts on where to focus money. Seems tubulars and offshore are further down the road. But I think drillers/service who will benefit from evidence that the international market is picking up are good bets. ATW PDE WFT FLC and the likes.
