Thanks for that info. I have not had time to pick through the rev. mix like you presented. I had assumed what you presented though, namely that they are too heavily levered to the slow growth PC & server surge protector business. If the blended growth rate including the silcon line is 10-15% then they are at fair value right now. Niether particularly cheap cheap nor expensive. I'm sorry to say that, I think this one will be available at cheaper prices than today. A good one to watch though.
