Why, indeed! I'm trying to be LTBH about this, but I've wondered myself whether to keep holding. Evidence seems to support your churning theory. It's a mystery to me why the sellers are so numerous and willing at any uptick by GBLX. At these levels, it's hard to imagine why any sellers who were not in it more than a year and a half ago would sell now, i.e. at a loss, unless they felt bad news was coming. That leaves insiders w/ low basis (not enough to explain overall price movement, imo), and tax-loss selling (ditto, BWDIK). What do you think is responsible for the churning?

What I can say w/ certainty is that it is frustrating seeing GBLX languish, but I'm excited by the prospects for EXDS w/ GCTR, and GBLX should benefit also.

tim, I personally feel the added kicker to EXDS is that it is an attractive takeover candidate for a larger telecommunications company looking to diversify into hosting. I feel the same way about GBLX, IN & PSIX.
