soar grapes telecomguy.
ALA exposure to financing for far was 1-2%, much lower then any other company.
They have now near 6 billion in cash( 1.2 billioin$ from recent ALAO).

BTW, just recently they got the deal with CitiBank to finance ALA customers.
You better go and listen to CC from 360Network home page.
Who else could deliver submaince network, NT which do not have solution and is much more overloaded then ALA and has much less cash.
Everybody knows that ALA is extremely conservative when comes to financing.

telecomguy: Take a serious look at what 360 is doing. If you were Alcatel, you'd want to be there too. 360 is just about the best kept secret in all of telecom. And, by the time the "analysts" figure this out, it will own such a huge chunk of the pie, nobody will be able to stop it. Think coopetition... with a twist.
