The routers will show up in the ContinuumClient.ini file, though some users (and those behind a firewall) must lock onto a particular server; the list would help them choose which would be best for them. While Qcharts will look to connect to the most attractive server ping-wise, there are variants that are not taken into account (such as Packet Loss) that affect connectivity as well.
