Paul...by Friday at the earliest?

My payment will be approximately a week late also.

How in the world can continuing problems like "authentication" keep arising about once a month? And data feed problems too? Come on, tell the truth. You guys hire temp staffing for these problems don't you? Sure seems like it.

I'm still amazed you guys are still in business. Yes, I love the product but when it starts to be as troublesome as yours is I must find a different source.

eSignal is looker like it needs to be tested. Or Windows On Wallstreet over the internet. Or Yahoo delayed quotes (at least i can get a frickin quote!)

see ya

are you sure that is what is causing the problem? not only did livecharts not work for me (real time), even the delayed charting did not work until i went through your free quote that leads to the free livecharts.

isn't the free service you are providing cutting data away from those who PAY for your service?

love livecharts. hate the unreliability.

Paul
Thank you for your response. However, I do believe that
a more proactive strategy must be available to prevent the increasingly regular disfunctionality and unreliability of this service which has the potential to be by far and away the best live charting site on the web. Reliability must be built in to the system to achieve this potential.

Paul,

If Friday is the earliest you can get the LiveChart problem fixed then you are truly in "damage control mode". I would like to speak with an executive from your company and suggest to him that if authentication is the problem, then you should make your real time LiveChart service available WITHOUT AUTHENTICATION until the problem is resolved.

This is such a simple temporary workaround that I am stunned that your executives have not thought of this.

As an alternative you may want to consider not billing your paying customers for this month. I've got to believe that giving your services away for free for 2 days is a better choice.

This is "customer relationship" 101. The money you will lose by giving away the real time quote service for free will not compare with the money lost as a result of lost customers.

Chris
