Did I mention how big this Samsung signing is. Apparently it is not 45% of the DRAM market signed up now, it is 52%.

I take this back. I have seen calculations stating that 52% of the DRAM industry is now under royalty contracts. It could be as low as 40%. RMBS currently has licensed somewhere between 40 and 52% of the DRAM market. Plus the Samsung deal also includes controllers. Controllers are suppose to exceed DRAM in total revenues within the next few years according to analyst Mark Edelstone.

So were talking this is big for RMBS. I think the lawsuits are keeping the euphoria in check right now. Market is still uncertain. Which is of course the best time to buy in if you want that extra return and are willing to take on that extra bit of risk that comes with the uncertainty.
