lof...re:rcn... that is what i was referencing....things move very slow in philadelphia, only moves quick if it is to "someones" benefit.....seven year scheduled build out could take twenty years.....e.g...I476 (blue route) connector highway from the pa turnpike to I95 took forty years to build....the area rcn "cherry picks" are the affluent areas.....knowing philadelphia politics very well, not to mention comcast strength politically, i would be surprised to see a quick resolve.
