Well, it should be......It amazes me the things the sec lets the houses get away with. When houses want to buy, they create FUD ( fear, uncertainty and doubt ) and downgrade the stock. While the stock falls, they buy and get their clients in cheap. When the stock rises, they sell into the strength, maybe upgrade to unload their shares at higher prices. It happens all the time...and I mean every day hundreds of stocks. For instance, a few weeks ago SSB came out with very negative remarks about INTC. All day long, all you heard was SSB slamming intc. Intc got whacked down hard, very hard. Guess what...had you been watching level II, guess who was buying INTC all day long....thats right SSB.

It's a shame it happens but it does.
