Pravin, more on P4 @ .13

He said 2 things. First said in Q4 2001, but slide said "transition to .13 begins in Q4"

He then said something like, "for sale in 2002".

Sounds like "late" Q4.

Looks like they've been busy with P4 .18 factories, though.

Beginning 0.13u production ramp in "early" 2001. Two 300mm fabs (Oregon and NM) in 2002.

Whoever said that (Ottellini I presume) is pretty good. Note he/she avoided the use of word "working" (first working silicon).
