come over to the amzn thread if you want to talk about it. SEC investigation will lead to a restatement of the cash position. which is terrible. i think a class action suit could be launched any day. short covering and dumb money pushing this stock. Big boys will be coming in to short it to death...it will be going bust.

Bambs you sly fox,how long have you been sitting on this SEC inside information? And this insight of yours into the future, that's just your opinion, right?

Bambs,

Currently my
blotter shows me in the green with an average price of $38.78 on 2000 shares. I realized a few thousand in losses to get in this position.

LOL! In the green... but took loses? Um... OK. No wonder you're never wrong. Sheesh. I'm sorry...

As i said earlier as a daytrader i can trade around my short position. I short more when I
see weakness and cover some when see strength.

So you take your losses each night... re-establish your short position the next morning on the gap up (which AMZN has been doing).. then take more loses at the end of the day. Bambs, we clearly are two different people - you gamble on daily price movements by watching charts... I invest for the medium/long term by understanding the market fundamentals. That said, I don't understand how you make money going this route. You're guessing on a law suit..and a re-statement of cash position which has already been documented in the press. Like. So what... This will have no material effect on the stock.. IMO.
