Frank: Thanks for the response, and sorry about the lack of detail--I'm neither proficient in the area, nor do I know all the details. I understand there is now "cageless colocation". Wouldn't that mean they don't actually need meaningful facilities on-site?? Just a "DSX" (whatever that is)? Yes, its in the basement. I don't believe its been abandoned--just not yet in use. The idea is make yourself a CLEC and get it.
