Is this what you mean't ??

* Standard & Poor's today assigned its rating to CORNING INC.'s
$1.2 billion zero coupon convertible debenture issue and placed it
on CreditWatch with negative implications. All other ratings for
the company remain on CreditWatch with negative implications (see
list), where they were placed Sept. 27, 2000, following the
announcement of a major acquisition. Corning is acquiring Optical
Technologies USA, paying $3.6 billion in cash for the 90% stake
now owned by unrated Pirelli SpA and an undetermined amount of
equity for the 10% stake held by unrated Cisco Systems Inc.
