The department of education, commerce, energy and agriculture are terribly mismanaged and wasteful. Bill O'Leary of Fox was hammering an administration person the other night because an audit of the department of agriculture had discovered they cannot account for FIVE BILLION dollars. Also, they had a vehicle on the books for 100 million dollars and a microscope for about 6 million dollars. Most of these people couldn't make it in the private sector unless they were to become more committed to quality work.
