I'm sure you are aware that none of those deals went through after Dr. Phan discovered who he was dealing with. It wouldn't suprise me if Regis and Sherman were feeding you this information since it by and large presents their side of the story and is designed to harm Dr. Phan and HRCT. It will not do them any good since they will not have any better luck winning their case outside of court than they are having inside of one. You will notice that neither Alan Phan or HRCT has been named in the SEC investigations and that is because they were not involved in the illegal activities. HRCT happened to be one of their intended victims but it didn't work out so well for the bad guys. Instead of posting bits and pieces of what was happening 1 1/2 to 2 years ago, why don't you post the current status of all these things? Or doesn't that fit your scenario of bashing HRCT? Too funny!
