Mark, I wasn't saying that it was ok for anyone to hate but I was trying to make a point that it is wrong to condemn a person and dislike that person because he happens to see things differently than you. It is easy to like someone with your viewpoints but it is hard to love someone in spite of their differences. Its part of learning to disagree and find out different perspectives. But there are people who are just down right mean in soul that can come from any race or religion. Saying you are something is hardly proof of it. Your actions always tell whats inside of you. I know that you are a person of worth because you are deep in your convictions and I trust what you say to be true and not phony. To trust the Spirit of God is everything and I know that you do. God will lead you as he sees fit. To trust in man and man's word in matters of the soul is to a persons detriment. I know Emile doesn't appreciate having his name brought up as your example of someone who hates Jews. I know in my own mind that he does not hate Jews or anyone else for that matter. I do not want to bring his name up because it is wrong to do so. If you want to use a true bigot that spewed venom than use Hitler or someone who we know was that type of person. James

Mark, you are going to make a sensational Christian when you become one! You come across in a gentle and kindly manner, albeit your world view is skewed and misplaced. Mark, Jesus said: "I am the truth and the light, no man comes to the Father (God), but by me." Mark---you refer to truth as though you can "create truth." How? By saying what you believe is "truth for you"---what a Buddist believes is "truth for them"---what a Hindu believes is "truth for them"---am I right Mark? If I am right on that assertion, I would conclude that that leads you to: "As long as I am sincere, it really doesn't matter what you believe." What do you think?
