Have you ever heard the saying, "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." Have you noticed this denotes the difference in Al Gore and George Bush. Gore wants your money and then he will create a program, although a wasteful program, a mete a bit of the money back to you. That is giving you a fish for the day. George Bush doesn't want excess money in taxes. He will teach you to fish so you can go fishing and feed yourself. Isn't that nicer?
