He said they had P3 silicon on .13u. I don't think he would say that if it didn't work. I have heard that it does work. That doesn't mean it's ready for production but it's a lot better than silicon that doesn't work.

Well it all depends on what your definition of "working" is. Usually first silicon is expected to boot an OS with some effort. Would that qualify as "working"?
