Spek,

Was going to mention MCDE too... not sure if it's Rick's pick, though.

(totally OT) another zero / 100 candidate I've held for a couple of years is MHTX.OB . Highly speculative (though my stock has paid for itself...), & do your own DD. The science looks pretty good, but I have severe doubts about the corporate structure...

Genzyme will just steal Gizzmo back if they made
some huge advance and the shares went crazy, right?
And we have seen Transgenics shares get knocked down
recently as Papa took profits. Either way, maybe GZMO
is not such a good choice for huge upside.

Gosh, my guess of SNAP got thrown up there on the list so
fast, eeek--I guess I should point out that when Synaptic
made available for license its UFA a few weeks ago
biz.yahoo.com
I started selling almost half my snap (for a modest
profit of <$2 a share). The other half of my shares
are now tucked away in an account where it is
prohibitively expensive to make trades--and I intend
to hold it quite awhile--the upside, well sure, they
could have some blockbuster depression drug someday,
but more likely it seems that they're trying to get
costs down, maybe eeek out a small profit on these
licenses.

I've locked away a handful of things out of reach,
at least further out of reach than the etrade radio
buttons. If this thread refines a nice list of
long shot multi baggers, we ought to mark down the
prices, and leave the basket untouched for five years,
just to see what happens unchurned.
After all (not
to rub MZ's nose in it too much) but you would hate
to trade yourself out of too many ten baggers like
OSI has been. I'd kinda like to tuck a few more away
out of reach, be sure and tell me what the next OSI will
be!

Spek, think WCOM has bottomed, maybe I will snag some.
Averaged into T at ~$25, yuck so far. Also LU, ATHM.
My god, ouside of biotech, Rick ought to lock me off
the thread.
