GV, And LU has yet to take care of a basic issue which is all the smart folks are leaving. In order to keep talent LU didn't reprice existing shares but offered more options to existing employees..... at a price of $46/share! Now, how is this going to keep people? Without talent LU will have a tough time executing. The value here (as MA fails to recognize - as he did with COMS) is not in the underlying company... it's in the spin-out of the opto business. Without this LU is in trouble.... They've lost a lot of battles.... OG
