The board should also put Bill on the Hibachi - he's done! With regards to the asset value in this environment, who's crazy enough to be the first bidder, when in a few months they can pick up the assets in bankruptcy for pennies on the dollar? The best risk-return for investors would be to buy the senior debt, they're trading in the high 30's this morning. You're protected first (par value?), and the yield in the meantime is stellar.
