SCANDIA, MN -- Nov. 01, 2000 -- Immulabs Corporation (OTCBB:IMLB) Announces that according to NASD, the forward 4 for 1 split of IMLB's common stock will take effect as of the open of trading tomorrow, Thursday Nov. 2, 2000, at which time the common stock will be quoted and traded on a split-adjusted basis.

Peter, Thanks for all your efforts. I covered my small short today ( +35%) and anxiously await their best pumping efforts, although so far they don't seem so good at this game.
