I was talking to my ML broker yesterday and I thanked him for the LEH downgrade...He said "yeah, I thought that you would like that"....I could hear the smile in his voice.

I think all these analyst are pissed off at the new non-disclosure rule and they are trying to punish the market for it.
They can no longer "legally" get inside information so they are going to have to manipulate the market to get their prices both long and short.
