upwards through the end of the year, regardless of the
election outcome - is that right ? I keep hearing that
the market would like a divided government, but that would
seem to imply a Gore win - you'd think that a Bush win
would be more favored by the market on the assumption
that this would lead to more fiscal responsibility -
I'm confused -
