actually when that dope is bearish, it's a sure sign that it's time to buy normally. last time he was bearish was shortly before INTC's shares really took off. he then turned bullish and helped to hype it to the stratosphere, but his final upgrade stands as one of the most glaring 'analyst' gaffes of the year. on a par with Soundview downgrading CMGI at a price of 15 last week...AFTER it had fallen 90% from its highs. since the downgrade it has gone up almost 40%.
