The SEC and the CFTC have very stringent rulings concerning any public statements of a private partnership... actually any public comment on any public forum such as SI about the performance of any private investment partnership can unfortunately be wrongly misconstrued as a public offering without SEC approval... hard to believe, but that's what attorneys are for and there was already a problem along those lines early on... so, if you cannot allow a private message, then kindly excuse the non response and just let it go.....<g>
