EDIT - Intel cannot control what other benchmarks the sites use, so I expect to see Anand and others testing against a bunch of other stuff also.

Well, if there IS some agreement which requires certain benchmarks to be included, then that agreement will almost certainly exclude others as well. I mean..... once you've gone that route, you don't leave things to chance.
