One, it is still pretty richly valued as is EMC. Two, when I look at that gap to $40ish it scares the hell out of me. Does the gap fill...i doubt it, but it's still a rather large gap, so further downside is possible. On the flip side, if you believe we are fixing to have the mother of all naz rally's, ntap will soar with the big boys. Great company, but in this market you just never know.
