Cutting taxes will reduce the surplus
It will eliminate the surplus, Junior-George apparently forgot that when you cut revenue you also lose the interest on the funds received. He also forgot that by not paying down the deficit he would have make payments on Reagan's deficit, he also forgot that if he pulled a bunch of money out of social security to fund his stock market ventures that another large amount of treasury bills would have to be sold and financed, Oh, and he forgot how to add and seems to think that he can spend the same trillion dollars on two different things. How many brain cells did he pickle in his first 4 decades?
