Are you implying the cows have something to do with the flats? I didn't even think of that. Practical jokers, those cows. Inscrutable. You think all they have on their mind is cud-chewing and when I turn the corner, they all break out the metal bits and scatter them. I'm going to moo at them again. Twice each.

Yesterday's hazard was mud. A thick, gooey, slippery, plastic clay really. It had almost miraculous adhesion properties. Made me start think about a process for forming small ceramic parts. Clay is really a remarkable substance at many levels. I'm going out with a bag to take some home -- it was sooooo good.
